I have a 30 day return policy for all print designs, which means you have 30 days after purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return the item must be returned to my studio in perfect condition, in its original, unopened packaging, at the customers expense.
To start the return process you can email me at email@example.com. You will be sent instructions on where to send your return. Once the order has been received back into my studio and inspected to ensure it is in new, unopened and undamaged condition, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
Please take care when sending your order back to me as products lost in transit are your responsibility. It's highly recommended that you use registered post with a tracking number to avoid your order going missing.

If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to purchase the item that you would like via my website, and email me about arranging the return of your unwanted product.
Please note I do not offer refunds for change of mind of original art.
If your delivery arrives damaged please take photos of the package and email me at email@example.com within 24 hours of your parcel delivery. Any time after this will be disregarded. If your parcel is damaged I will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
